In the spring of 2015, Holly and her husband, Bill, relocated to Clayton from the frozen tundra of Wausau, Wisconsin to thaw. They, along with their three children, Anna, Jackson, and Lauren, have acclimated nicely to southern climate and culture. They have traded their burgers for barbeque, they sip on sweet tea – well…mildly sweetened tea, and on occasion catch themselves slipping a certain southern contraction into their vocabulary – which they pinky swore would never occur. Nevertheless, God has led them home and they have developed a deep love for the community and the people of Clayton, North Carolina.
After their move, Holly felt led by the Lord to take time away from her career as a chiropractor and focus on their family and ministry opportunities at church. In the summer of 2016, the door opened for her as the Ministry Coordinator at the Church @ Clayton Crossings. Holly is also very passionate about Women’s Ministry and serves as the Crossings Women’s Ministry Director.
Holly loves a good book, a good cup of coffee, and sitting around the table with good friends and family. There is nothing, however, that brings her more joy than watching redemption stories unfold and witnessing lives transformed through Christ.
