Aaron Ruehl is the Director of Worship Ministry at The Church @ Clayton Crossings. He and his wife Samantha have been married for 7 years and have two children, Ava and Ethan. They have been attending The Church @ Clayton Crossings for 7 years, shortly after getting married and moving to Clayton. Aaron met his wife through their mutual passion for music at a college jam session; Samantha started singing, so he quickly ran to get his guitar (which he always carried in his truck) in an attempt to impress her. The rest, as they say, is history.
Aaron has had a passion for music since childhood. He began playing guitar at the age of ten, and he developed a love for worship ministry through playing guitar in his band in middle school and high school, where he had the privilege of traveling to play in youth conferences around the country.
Aaron has a calling and passion for sharing the gospel through music and leading people into the presence of God. He loves to see people from all walks of life join together to worship God for who He is and all that He has done.
When he is not working or hanging out with his family, you’ll find Aaron hiking in Linville Gorge, rebuilding motorcycles in his garage, or ironing (yes, he enjoys it) his collection of plaid shirts.
